Okay so it is official I am weird (or a redneck) it has been confirmed this weekend! There is definitely something wrong with me. So Friday night we take our kids to dinner with some friends to Carl's Jr., we eat the kids play for an hour or so. When we get ready to go, I will hardly touch my kids because I am grossed out thinking about all the germs and stuff they have been in contact with.

On our way home I am going into detail that before they go to bed they need to shower and scrub off! Being a good mom right!

Well then Saturday afternoon and Sunday we were working (well Dan was working the kids and I were playing) down at the horses! Spring has sprung and there is mud up to our ankles, horse %$*@ everywhere and my kids are knee deep in fun! I bring lunch back and we actually sit in the middle of a pasture (remind you surrounded by horse %$*@ on a tarp out of grandpa's tool trailer and eat without even a second thought. Then we go home for dinner and it was no lecture on getting clean the only thing I said was wash your hands for dinner, did not even have them change their clothes just wash up! What is wrong with this picture. Well anyway here are a few shots of us rednecking it all weekend, but boy was it fun!

P.S. This is a great way to have your kids baby-sat by the way!

Okay as promised I received the kids Tobacco Posters back and I want to share them with you. Dalton's theme was The Truth Is Smoking is for food . . . NOT. People! Just a little info behind the picture, he has a brick smoker oven with all kinds of food, deer, turkey, buffalo and etc. ready to go in the smoker, then he has pictures of people under the Not People. So take a look I thought it was clever and should have won but then again I am the mom LOL.

Second we have Miss Georgette who had the theme The Truth is Smoking Stinks! Then she colored a few pictures of skunks and stuck them around. Very cute, and the judges must have thought so too, because she won 2nd in the Pre K - 1st grade group. She received a movie ticket and was very excited.

Then last but not least we have our Miss Whitney who had the brilliant theme of THE TRUTH IS SMOKING TAKES YOU DOWN THE WRONG ROAD! She drew a town and roads and cars and well pretty much whatever she wanted even if it was not supposed to be on there! LOL She done a wonderful job and the judges must have thought so too! She won 3rd place in the Pre-K - 1st grade and she won a pizza and cheesy bread and a 2 liter of pop from Dominos. Yes we have used it and I took her with me to pick it up and she made sure when we got home that everyone had to thank her for dinner that night because it was because of her we were eating this pizza. LOL I do not know what I am going to do with that girl.

The girls had their picture taken and it was in the Tooele Transcript on the 12th I would have posted that as well but I am a horable mom and accidently threw it away.

We began sharing the Allred Annual Tradition of going to Soldier Hollow tubing on Presidents Day last year and we had such a blast we have kind of made it our tradition as well. We have a great time getting together with friends and family and being in the outdoors! Thanks for inviting us, and anyone who wants to attend next year it is a blast. Mark it on your calendars and let us know! We go tubing from noon to two and then the whole group meets up at Pizza Hut in Heber and it is an outing I hope we never have to miss! Always great fun! Thanks Preston for organizing and ordering the tickets.

SO having sick kids and being sick yourself really puts a kink in the schedule. I feel like it has been forever since I have had time to do any updating! But I just wanted to give a quick update before me and the girls head into the doctor! Well Dalton is still playing Jr. Jazz and loving it. I see improvment each game and as long as he is exercising and having fun, that is all that matters to me. Daniel got a new toy (reloading equipment) and remodeled his own room so he has a toy room now, lucky dad. Georgette is still in dance and she just attended a dance camp last weekend that was hosted by the Grantsville Chearleaders, ya I know Tooele Football -Grantsville Dance, they don't usually go together. What can I say we are a diverse family LOL! Little Whitney reminds me every day that she is now five and a big girl, until I catch her sucking her thumb and then it is but mom I am your baby!

Well I hope everyone is well. I am so thankful for all my family and friends. I hope to update more this weekend on our 4 day weekend, until then. Love the Morgans!
